Yes!  We pay you so that we can better understand the companies you purchase from.  Sound too good to be true? 

We perform market research with the goal of better understanding companies.  We perform this research by collecting receipt data.  Data from your receipts is added to our dataset, the Data Hive, which is summarized in company research reports that investors purchase.  Information in the Data Hive is always anonymous.  We understand you may be concerned about protecting your privacy.  That's why we will never request any personal information.  In fact, we request that you redact anything personal from the data that you send us and in case you forget, our team will remove it for you.  

We’re a market research company.  Our goal is to better understand the companies you purchase from.  The data we collect from your receipts is added to our dataset, the Data Hive, which is summarized in company research reports that investors can then purchase.  You can always be certain that all data in the Data Hive is anonymous and secure. 

Yes!  Your email receipts are your property, and you have a right to sell them if you wish to do so. 

Email receipts should be forwarded or screenshotted and emailed to us at [email protected].  

We encourage all our contributors to redact personal information from their receipts.  Your privacy is extremely important to us.  We do not want any personal information such as your address or bank details, and request that you redact this information before sending your receipts. 

We know how important your privacy is.  It’s important to us too!  That's why we do not want any personal information. In fact, we request that you redact anything personal from the data that you send us and in case you forget, our Data Bees will remove it for you.

Your privacy is really important to us!  There are a lot of ways to redact information.  We’ve put together a video tutorial on one of the easiest ways to hide personal details from your receipts.  Check it out here. 

We pay all contributors through PayPal, making sure your payment is quick, secure and convenient!

Once we’ve confirmed the validity of your receipts, you will receive payment in your PayPal account within 7 working days.

Your payment will depend on which projects you’re contributing to and how many email receipts you send us.  This means your payment could be anywhere from $1 to $200!  Once you complete the submission form of your chosen project, we will contact you via email with the going rate per email receipt.  Our quoted rates are always given in USD.

Most of our projects require a once off contribution of your old receipts, followed by a once off payment.  Of course, we invite you to contribute to as many projects as you’d like. 

We do have a few ongoing panels for projects like Doordash, Afterpay and Clearpay.  If you’d like to treat yourself to a free cup of coffee or gift every month, send us an enquiry about our ongoing panels. 

We can only guarantee payment for contributions to currently listed active projects.  But we’re forever adding new projects and are always open to suggestions!  Fill out our Contact form with your suggestion and we will send you a quote for your receipts. 

No! At Data Bees, we’re interested in a global perspective on active projects.  We accept receipts from all over the world. 

We offer a referral program on many of our projects.  When you refer a friend, you’ll get a bonus payment per friend referred as well as your original payment for your receipts.  Get in touch to find out which projects currently have a referral program and how much you can earn per friend referred.
