We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This data notice describes the information that We process to support your panellist account with Us and to address any communications between you and Data Bees. Who We Are.

Data Bees (known as “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) is a digital consumer feedback website.

When you choose to sign up as a panellist on the Data Bees website, We will collect and process some of your personal data to set up your account, so that you can take part in Our consumer feedback projects.
In addition, as part of the operation of the Data Bees website and the running of Our projects, We will collect information related to your purchases (e.g. receipts or invoices) (“Purchase-related Information”) to the extent that you choose to share it with us.

We not require, nor do we solicit receipts or invoices which contain personal information (including but not limited to names, billing addresses, shipping addresses or phone numbers). We request that you remove/redact all personal information from any Purchase-related Information shared with Us to ensure that your privacy is maintained. In the event that any personal information is shared with Us in error when sending across Purchase-related Information, We will hold it and process it in accordance with this privacy statement. In the event that We determine that any personal data sent to Us in error is sensitive, We will remove it from Our systems.

If you choose to sign up as a panellist on the Data Bees website, We may process and request additional personal information as outlined below. We will collect certain personal information relating to you when you set up an account with Us and may request further information depending on the project you are signing up to.

If you fail to provide personal data

If you fail to provide certain information when requested, you will not be able to maintain your account with Us or receive rewards for participating in the website (such as providing payment for the receipts you provide).

Analysis

As part of Our projects, We collect data from your email receipt which is added to Our dataset that’s
summarized in company research reports that investors purchase. You can always be certain that all
research data is anonymous.

Recipients of personal data

We will also, from time to time, send personal data to certain recipients as detailed below.

(a) Personal data to other third parties, such as governmental agencies and regulators (e.g. tax
authorities), social insurance carriers, courts, government authorities and to external advisors
acting as controllers (e.g. lawyers, accountants, auditors etc.). Such transfer are made in order
to comply with Our legal obligations and for the legitimate interests pursued by the Company to
ensure the effective operation of Our business;

(b) In the event of a merger or proposed merger, any (or any proposed) transferee of, or successor
in title to, the whole or any part of Data Bees business, and their respective officers, employees,
agents and advisers, to the extent necessary to give effect to such merger; and


(c) We may share in aggregate, statistical form, non-personal information regarding the visitors to
Our sites with Our partners and affiliates.

We will, from time to time, send personal data to recipients based in countries located outside of the
European Economic Area (“EEA”). As certain countries are not within the EEA, this may mean that such
countries are not deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal information. To ensure
that personal data receives an adequate level of protection We will put in place for any international

personal data is treated by those third parties in a way that is consistent with and which respects EU

or disclosed. In addition, We limit access to personal data to only those employees, agents and
contractors who are authorised to access the personal data.

including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, reporting or business requirements.
However, in most cases, you can delete your own personal data by deleting your user profile.

In some limited circumstances, We may retain some of your contact information for 7 years after the
closing of your account. This will only arise where it is necessary for Us to comply with legal
requirements or the completion of payments owed to you.

In any case where Data Bees is relying on a panellist’s consent to process his / her Personal Data, that
Individual has the right to change his / her mind and withdraw consent through the website.
